The use of the online store and the making of your purchases through it is done in the Greek and English languages and is governed by the following terms and conditions, for which the company reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time. It is expressly clarified that any changes, if and when they are made, will not affect the orders already received for execution.

METHOD AND TIME OF DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

The order is delivered to the courier company on the next working day, provided that payment has been made. Delivery time is estimated from 1 to 4 days, from the next day of delivery to the courier company. Deliveries are made on working days from 9:00 to 17:00. ORDER CANCELLATION – PRODUCT RETURNS – WITHDRAWAL

The consumer can cancel the order, as long as the product has NOT been delivered to the employee of the transport company for its execution.

The consumer or the recipient of the order, when receiving the products, must check the packaging and the condition of the products. If you notice damaged or open packaging, or missing or damaged products, you should refuse the receipt, reporting the damage or lack in writing, as the case may be, by sending an email to info@contoursrx.gr of the company.

The company, once it finds the mentioned problem, will carry out the correct execution of the order by replacing the problematic products.

The consumer may withdraw from the sale within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, from the same or a third party indicated by him, as long as they are returned in perfect condition, in their sealed packaging, therefore they have not been opened and used, accompanied by all documents proving the transaction (retail receipt, invoice, etc.), bearing the shipping costs. In the event that he does not keep the shipping document with the receipt, he is responsible for the return and this proof. The consumer is obliged to inform the company of his decision to withdraw, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, either by using the registration form * (found at the end of this) or by any other clear and written statement. The company immediately notifies the consumer of confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal and proceeds, with the same means of payment that the consumer used during his initial transaction, to refund each payment, not including delivery costs, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the notification of the intention to withdraw, provided that he has received the products sold.

The company does not accept returns of parcels at its own expense. Merchandise will not be credited and returned to the recipient at their own expense if the product is not in its original form.
